The program can suffer modifications ( at a rate of 15 %) due to: changing in flight schedule, weather conditions; closing of the touristic objectives, changing of the visiting hours, without changing the general structure of the trip

Note:
The rate is valid for a group of 35-40 persons. In case of a small number of persons the rate will be readjusted
Terms and conditions:
For the reservation to become valid we require a 50 % advance payment of the whole value of the touristic package
The rest of payment will be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date
The final list of the participants will be send not later than 7 days before the arrival date
Cancellation free of charge is possible for a maximum number of 3 rooms up to 22 days before the arrival date. In this case the rate will be adjusted for the rest of the participants according to their number
The cancellation of the entire group will be charged with 10 % of the total amount
Cancellation with 20 days or less before the arrival date will be charged with 30 % of the amount
Cancellations must always be in writing
It is explicitly agreed that all the payments have to be made free of costs for the beneficiary ( Fantasy Travel)
